Steward Way Crew Youth Program is a fun, structured, character-building outdoor program for kids ages 5-9. We focus on helping children grow confident, kind, respectful, and Christ-centered through movement, teamwork, stories, and hands-on learning. This is our First-Year Grand Opening, and we are excited to welcome families into a safe, encouraging, family-centered environment.
Mission
To help children grow confident, calm, kind, and Christ‑centered through outdoor movement, stories, and hands‑on lessons.
We believe children thrive when they are encouraged, challenged, and surrounded by positive role models who reflect Christ‑like values. We do not teach doctrine. We focus on character, the fruit of the spirit,and helping children walk in the Way in everyday life.

Dominique Steward
Program Director
Dominique Steward is the founder and Program Director of Steward Way Crew Youth Program. She brings over 20 years of experience serving children, families, and the community through education, healthcare, and youth leadership.
LEADERSHIP & EXPERIENCE:
Vice President, D.Y.K.B. Inc.
• 20+ years CNA experience
• First Aid & CPR certified (Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED & First Aid – ECC‑Compliant)
• Biomedical Science student (graduating Spring 2027)
• Youth program leader and founder of Steward Way Crew
• ASL 1 & 2 completed
• Homeschool educator for 5 years (supporting Liberty University Online Academy coursework)
Dominique is passionate about creating programs that build character, confidence, and leadership in children — all while glorifying Jesus Christ through kindness, discipline, and service.
YOUTH PROGRAM BACKGROUND:
Dominique has created and led multiple youth and community programs through D.Y.K.B., including:
• Kids Healthy Yum Yum Eating Program
• Youth Reading Program
• Youth Debate Program
These programs served children, teens, and adults from around the world. All programs are scheduled to relaunch by Summer 2027, expanding the mission of D.Y.K.B. and Steward Way Crew.
MEET OUR YOUTH TEAM LEADERS
Ka'Mel
12 years old: Calm, creative, and wonderful with younger kids. Helps with warm‑ups, storytime setup, and transitions.
Dennis III- aka D3
10 years old: Energetic, encouraging, and a natural problem‑solver. Assists with games, laps, and group motivation.
Dennis IV- aka D4
8 years old: Musically gifted, patient, and a natural helper. Supports coloring time and younger children.
Our 9‑week youth program is designed to be affordable and accessible for families. The cost is $30 per session (2 hours), which equals $15 per hour. Families may pay weekly, monthly, or in full, and payment must remain current for continued participation.
Drop-In Option
For families that need flexibility, we offer Drop-In Days so your child can attend individual program days without enrolling in the full 9‑week session.
